A Mondello sport libero per tutti. Tra beach volley, soccer, rugby e trekking

Una mattinata all'insegna dello sport quella di domenica 28 ottobre. A Mondello,dalle 9 alle 13 nell'area chiusa al traffico, i palermitani potranno prendere parte gratuitamente alle diverse manifestazioni sportive e ricreative organizzate dalle federazioni e dagli enti di promozione.

Il programma - organizzato dall'assessorato comunale allo Sport e dal Coni Sicilia - parte con il trekking non competitivo alle 8,30 quando ci sarà il via della sedicesima cronoscalata podistica del Monte Pellegrino (raduno alle falde del monte dal lato Fiera), organizzata dall’Asd Atletica Mondello; poi basket e mini basket, il beach volley e il beach soccer allo stabilimanto balneare “Ombelico del Mondo”, mentre sulla sabbia dell'ex “Charleston” si terranno sfide di beach rugby.

First off I want to say wonderful blog! I had
a quick question in which I'd like to ask if you do not mind.
I was interested to find out how you center yourself and clear your
mind prior to writing. I have had trouble clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts out.

I truly do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are usually wasted
simply just trying to figure out how to begin. Any ideas or tips?
